THE WORK

We’re looking for a Product Manager, Trading & OTC Services to be the central point driving the OTC trading desks productization efforts, ensuring seamless integration with Ripple's core product suite and leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance the client lifecycle.

The role will bridge the Ripple Trading and Markets (RTM) team and other product divisions to uncover and evaluate strategic possibilities for growing Ripple's business.

The ideal candidate has deep trading and financial markets expertise and strong curiosity about digital assets. You'll excel working in a fast-past environment, and you are adept at and handling cross-functional initiatives across geographies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaborate with core Payments product team and RTM leadership to formally outline the OTC desk's services, value proposition, and target client segments.
  • Craft cohesive solutions that apply the trading desk's strengths to integrate with Ripple payments and other products.
  • Translate the complex workflows of the trading desk (onboarding, trading, settlement) into clear product requirements and process maps for internal collaborators.
  • Work with the onboarding team and product design team to collect feedback and map the end-to-end client journey, identifying problems and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as the product point of contact for FinServ and Treasury teams; gather requirements from these teams to support initiatives for settlement automation.
  • Coordinate communications linking the trading hub with its primary internal partners (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, Compose, FinServ) to maintain alignment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 5-8 years of total professional experience in financial services, fintech, or the crypto industry.
  • 1-3 years in a core product management role, with a track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
  • A foundational knowledge of trading concepts is required, including a validated experience with (or deep understanding of) OTC workflows, crypto assets (spot), and ideally derivatives.
  • Ability to translate sophisticated topics into clear, concise language for different audiences.
  • A knack for establishing relationships and driving alignment across teams with different priorities.
  • Validated ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously, track dependencies, and handle communications across collaborators.
For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 
CA Annual Base Salary Range
$180,000$225,000 USD
