Toast is building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: running the businesses they love. We've grown into a leading hospitality software company in the U.S., and are now entering our next phase of growth—one defined by scale, complexity, and a new class of enterprise customers.
Every restaurant is unique, and a restaurant's menu expresses its individual brand and product offerings. Inside a Toast restaurant, the definition of the menu becomes the common language between guests, servers, and the kitchen. In our digital ordering products, a great menu serves as both a billboard and a roadmap to an excellent dining experience. It is the central hub for restaurant configuration—it determines what guests can order, how the dishes are presented and priced in different contexts, where they are routed for fulfillment, how they are prepared, whether the ingredients are still available, and how they are classified for reporting.
A menu is always evolving: kitchens create new dishes, managers experiment with pricing and presentation, and staff optimize the menu for restaurant operations. As our customers grow—from single-location cafés to enterprise brands with thousands of locations—so does the complexity of managing these changes consistently, confidently, and at scale.
The Menus team is building for this future. We own the user experiences and APIs that all Toast customers use to manage their menus, the APIs consumed by first- and third-party integrations (like DoorDash and UberEats), and the underlying menu data models that support the full spectrum of restaurant verticals—from Pizzerias to Fine Dining to Retail. We are working to make menus truly enterprise-grade: allowing customers to efficiently audit and manage changes across thousands of locations, while innovating on conversational menu management experiences powered by the Toast IQ platform.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the customer-facing menu management experience. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to craft an experience that helps customers manage their menus with confidence—whether they're rolling out a seasonal menu, updating prices across hundreds of locations, or restructuring their menu to improve kitchen throughput. You'll collaborate closely with a partner menus team based in the US to ensure a coherent and unified product strategy across the menus domain.
