Drive the go-to market strategy for Australia’s best banking app.
We’re looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new digital features in the CommBank app. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how we launch, position, and scale digital experiences that make everyday banking simpler, smarter, and more human.

You’ll be part of the Customer, Digital and AI Domain within Retail Banking Services (RBS) – the team behind the CommBank app and NetBank, serving over 9million digitally active customers.
You will report into the Executive Manager, GTM in the Digital Experiences Centre of Excellence who will support you with your development and performance and day-to-day work to ensure alignment across strategy, execution, and key results.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an experienced professional driven by a desire to deliver exceptional digital experiences to our customers. Drawing from your experience in marketing and voice of customer programs, you’re constantly pushing the boundaries to help deliver outcomes that shift the customer experience and unlock more value.
