As a Senior Product Implementation Specialist reporting to the Director of Delivery Management, you'll play a critical role in delivering regulatory reporting solutions, enhancing client experiences, and enabling global growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of regulatory reporting implementation projects to ensure quality and timeliness.
Coordinate planning, priorities, and progress across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Partner with project managers and delivery teams to define scope, manage timelines, and drive execution.
Adapt delivery plans in response to evolving regulations, resource changes, or client requirements.
Strengthen delivery quality through regulatory expertise, client feedback, and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience delivering FinTech or regulatory reporting solutions.
Background working in banking or financial services with solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
Strong ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
IT-related background gained through formal education or hands-on experience.
Experience coordinating delivery activities or leading cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with financial regulations across European markets.
This position will be located in Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
