As a Senior Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst - Level 4 you will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. Our Senior Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (shortened as “Material Cost Management Analyst”) will be primarily responsible for establishing and monitoring budgets and schedules for direct contract work on various aerospace programs. An ideal candidate will also provide meaningful guidelines for the program and supply chain functions in order to execute the program to cost and schedule targets.
You and your team of peers will assist the programs with financial analyses such as budget vs actuals, estimated cost at completion, funding profiles, sales outlooks, cash forecasting, and variance analysis. The team will also monitor contract budget and support adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, prepare expenditure projections and support timely requests for additional funding to the government.
This position will be based out of Magna, Utah (Bacchus Plant). This position is a non-telecommuting role.

Primary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
