Senior Payroll Analyst

Nasdaq is looking for experienced Senior Finance and Payroll Analyst in Vilnius office to support payroll functions in EMEA region. You will be part of Payroll Team and will be responsible for preparing financial reports, supporting the global payroll and accounting organization, play a key role in various initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure accuracy of end-to-end payroll operations.
  • Support payroll compliance by following established procedures and regulations. Prepare and analyze payroll and financial reports.
  • Assist with audit requests by gathering and organizing payroll documentation.
  • Participate in month-end closing activities, accounts reconciliation.
  • Communicate with payroll vendors to resolve routine issues.
  • Participate in payroll-related projects and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with any EMEA country payroll.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving nature.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in English.

What happens now? 

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 3 days per week.

Monthly base salary 2600 – 3300 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.
