What you’ll be doing:
Help to define and manage revolutionary processes to plan and build complex GPU chips and boards.
Help to ensure perfect execution by driving readiness at both our chip packaging and board manufacturing suppliers.
Lead a cross functional team to monitor readiness, manage execution, identify gaps and close them as quickly as possible.
Suggest process improvements, work to get cross-functional alignment for your suggestions and document the revised processes to help the entire team become more efficient
What we need to see:
A minimum of 8 years Program Management experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's Degree required, and Technical major strongly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently is important.
Previous experience managing Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAS) a plus. Previous experience managing Silicon manufacturing and/or advanced silicon packaging (e.g. CoWosS) a plus.
