As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will drive marketplace performance and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. You will own key operational workstreams end-to-end, improve planning processes, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to unlock sustainable growth.

  • <point>Lead strategic planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), ensuring alignment between operational performance, budgets, and company objectives.</point>
  • <point>Own the forecasting and budgeting process, driving accurate monthly and quarterly planning in line with OKRs.</point>
  • <point>Manage and optimize marketplace performance by analyzing city portfolios and translating insights into clear, actionable improvement plans.</point>
  • <point>Oversee pricing and value proposition reviews to ensure competitiveness, revenue optimization, and strong customer experience.</point>
  • <point>Monitor operational efficiency, including OPEX management, city configurations, and driver earnings analysis to support sustainable growth.</point>

  • <point>BSc in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role.</point>
  • <point>Strong ability to interpret data, independently own complex problems, and deliver measurable business outcomes.</point>
  • <point>Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Python, and BI/data visualization tools is a strong advantage.</point>
  • <point>Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making.</point>
  • <point>Excellent communication and written skills in English and Latvian.</point>
