As Team Lead Global Consumer Brand, you will shape how AutoScout24 shows up across product and marketing in six countries. You will lead global brand activation, governance and insights, and ensure a coherent brand experience across all key touchpoints that clearly differentiates us in the category. You will work closely with Product, Design and Performance Marketing to turn positioning into practical guidance and measurable impact. This position is unlimited and located in Berlin. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • own the global brand activation roadmap across owned and paid channels 
  • translate brand positioning into clear messaging and experience principles by channel 
  • partner with Product and Design teams to drive brand-led improvements across Web, App and CRM 
  • build and manage a brand creative testing roadmap with performance marketing and define clear playbooks for performance channels 
  • maintain and evolve global brand standards and establish a simple governance model across markets 
  • introduce practical tools (including AI-enabled solutions) to help teams produce on-brand work efficiently 
  • lead brand insights and agency collaboration, including leading the creative briefing and supporting integrated campaign planning across TV, OOH and Radio 

YOU COME WITH 

  • 12+ years of experience in senior brand roles within multi-market organisations, ideally digital platforms or marketplaces 
  • strong track record of influencing Product and Design teams without direct authority 
  • ability to make trade-offs and drive decisions forward without escalation 
  • proven experience raising creative and brand standards across an organisation 
  • experience leading and developing small teams in brand or insights functions 
  • strong ability to turn brand positioning and insights into practical and scalable guidance
