Senior Marketing Project Manager Associate

Position Summary:

Lead the planning and execution of customer-facing email communications and related marketing projects to ensure messages reach the right audiences at the right time. This position is based in Bangalore — Whitefield, India and is offered as a hybrid role. This role reports to the Senior Process Excellence Manager.

About the Team:

The Marketing Operations Project Management function oversees end-to-end delivery of customer communications and supports ongoing improvements in campaign effectiveness and operational processes. This role sits within a team responsible for triaging incoming requests, managing a master communications calendar, coordinating stakeholders across product and marketing, and contributing to the development of tools used for customer targeting. The team ensures campaigns move smoothly from intake to launch, balances communications volume against team capacity, and measures outcomes to optimize engagement and demand generation.


Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake process for customer-facing email communications, ensuring requests include required information and clear objectives. 
  • Maintain and update the master communications calendar daily to track upcoming campaigns, deadlines, and resource capacity. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (content, design, analytics, product, and compliance) to align on campaign scope, timelines, and approvals. 
  • Oversee campaign production workflows from brief to launch, ensuring timely completion of copy, creative, testing, and deployment tasks. 
  • Monitor campaign readiness and execute launch checklists, validation steps, and post-send verifications to ensure delivery quality. 
  • Analyze campaign performance and summarize key insights, engagement trends, and opportunities for optimization to stakeholders. 
  • Manage recurring stakeholder meetings to review upcoming communications, status, and performance metrics. 
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder-facing and internal process documentation, runbooks, and templates to support consistent execution. 
  • Use AI-assisted tools to draft candidate email copy, generate campaign summaries, or accelerate audience segmentation; validate outputs, apply editorial judgement, and document assumptions before use in live campaigns. 
  • Facilitate prioritization and capacity planning to balance campaign volume with team bandwidth and business priorities.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Support A/B test planning and coordinate experiments with analytics to evaluate messaging approaches. 
  • Assist in grooming and improving marketing intake forms and request routing within project management platforms. 
  • Contribute to tool evaluation and pilot initiatives for customer targeting and campaign orchestration. 
  • Help prepare weekly reports on upcoming communications and campaign cadence for leadership. 
  • Provide backup support for other marketing operations activities during peak periods or team absences. 
  • Participate in retrospectives to identify process improvements and implement changes that increase efficiency.


Expected Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 
  • 5–7 years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years in marketing or marketing operations. 
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns and familiarity with campaign workflows and lifecycle. 
  • Proficiency with project management and marketing technology platforms (for example: Monday.com, Figma, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools). 
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating stakeholders and producing campaign documentation. 
  • Experience interpreting campaign performance metrics and producing concise summaries for business partners. 
  • Experience in or exposure to the healthcare or technology sectors is preferred but not required.
