Position Purpose:
Lead key strategic programs for the Marketing organization and assigned lines of business. Drive strategy and lead best-in-class, insight driven marketing activities to drive impact at a national and local level. Guide and implement the annual marketing plans to grow member acquisition and retention in the assigned territory in close partnership with key line of business stakeholders. Execute multichannel marketing activations relevant for the geographies that align with the investment and resource allocation plan.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field required : Master's Degree in related field preferred.
5+ years of marketing or communications experience in a healthcare related industry required.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of and experience working with Medicare.
Digital marketing experience.
Experience using Workfront.
This is a remote position open to someone working anywhere in the United States, but this employee will need to align with Central Time or Eastern Time business hours and be open to 5-10% travel.
