Senior Marketing Manager

Position Purpose:
Lead key strategic programs for the Marketing organization and assigned lines of business. Drive strategy and lead best-in-class, insight driven marketing activities to drive impact at a national and local level. Guide and implement the annual marketing plans to grow member acquisition and retention in the assigned territory in close partnership with key line of business stakeholders. Execute multichannel marketing activations relevant for the geographies that align with the investment and resource allocation plan.

• Serves as project leader for larger scale, cross-functional initiatives that are intended to drive member enrollment and retention and marketing campaign performance improvement within the assigned line of business.
• Leads cross-functional work teams to accomplish marketing project work: including identification and confirmation of participants, establishment of a project plan, consistent work team engagement and productivity, meeting facilitation, consensus building, recommendation documentation and implementation oversight.
• Owns marketing relationships within the assigned line of business, working strategically to align business needs and goals to marketing activation in support of portfolio strategy.
• Prepares communications, reports, and presentations to all levels of the organization.
• Develops and adapts marketing content activations so that they are relevant and accessible to all audiences. Possesses deep understanding of local communities’ prevalent languages, literacy requirements, cultural norms, and other specific needs.
• Provides other related supports as needed to improve the performance of the business.
• Provides thought leadership pertaining to current industry trends and recommends/incorporates into marketing strategy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field required : Master's Degree in related field preferred.
5+ years of marketing or communications experience in a healthcare related industry required.
 

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of and experience working with Medicare.

Digital marketing experience.

Experience using Workfront.

This is a remote position open to someone working anywhere in the United States, but this employee will need to align with Central Time or Eastern Time business hours and be open to 5-10% travel.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year
