Senior Marketing Communications Specialist
We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to create and develop content to support key sales and marketing initiatives, coordinate approvals, collaborate with external vendors on design and print or digital file requirements and develop and execute communication through lottery terminal messaging.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
Reporting to the Director Sales Solutions, you will be empowered to:
Liaise with applicable stakeholders including sales & marketing, retail compliance and customer care, to plan, draft and schedule Terminal Messaging.
Draft ad-hoc retail display messaging as required in response to technical issues that arise at retail.
Interface, collaborate, and manage day to day relationships with multi-disciplinary internal technical and non-technical departments to develop and execute campaigns and communications to support sales and marketing
Plan and develop terminal marketing plans for retail initiatives, recommending content, video rotation, and timing to maximize focus on the initiatives
Coordinate planning, updating, and scheduling of Customer Display Unit videos and Ticket Checker media.
Support the Retail Planning Manager with the planning, developing, producing, printing, delivering, and posting of online of Retailer Communications.
Edit and proofread all communication drafts to ensure a high level of editorial review, consistency and quality
Analyze and interpret information from industry best practices and/or feedback on previous campaigns and incorporate the insights to drive continuous improvement within marketing communications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME
Education & Experience:
College diploma or equivalent in business administration, marketing, communications, or related discipline (university degree is preferred)
3 years of experience in a role performing similar responsibilities including identifying content, writing and gathering assets
Relevant Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, excellent writing and editing skills to develop and review content, strong organization, time management and attention to detail, well-developed relationship management, problem solving, and vendor management skills
