OverviewWorks under the Executive Director, Facility Administrator or other designee. Develops and implements a marketing and sales process to effectively sell independent living, assisted living and convalescent care. Performs general marketing and sales duties. Responds to prospects' inquires. Meet with and conducts tours for prospective residents and their families. Assists them through the decision-making process to reservation, application and occupancy.
What you will do- Contacts prospective residents and key family members by telephone and written correspondence to encourage inquiries and to determine their needs and interests in the facility. Sets appointments for interviews and tours.
- Attends functions on behalf of the facility to increase the referral base in the community.
- Demonstrates courtesy, friendliness and professionalism in interactions with residents, families, referral sources, staff and the general public.
- Identifies new opportunities for the facility based on feedback from referral sources, residents or resident families.
- Meets with prospective residents to determine their needs and find solutions to those needs while clearly communicating information about the facility. Guides prospects and other visitors on tours and assists prospective residents through the decision-making process to reservation, application and occupancy.
- Identifies, develops and maintains relationships with referral sources within the assigned area and surrounding communities, educating them to the facility. Makes presentations to referral sources and prospective residents & families.
- Works with Senior Marketing Director to develop and create sales plan that meets exceeds sales goals.
- Develops and implements a sales and marketing plan to effectively sell the independent living, assisted living and convalescent care provided to Sanders.
- Works on special projects and community activities that enhance the building of referral relationships and aid in developing and executing the goals and objectives of the facility.
- Establishes a waiting list for the various levels of service provided.
QualificationsEducation- Bachelors Degree, Marketing/Communication or Related (Required) or
- Bachelors Degree, Obtain a bachelors degree within 5 years (Required)
Experience- Recent relevant experience (Required)
- Supervisory experience (Preferred)
Licenses and Certifications- Drives personal vehicle for RHS business 25% or more of the time to perform essential functions of the job
- Valid Drivers License Required
