Senior Manager, Planning – North America Training

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Director of Planning for Training, you will serve as the Senior Planning Manager for Training Footwear, acting as the primary FW Planning voice at the leadership table. You will partner directly with the GM of NA Nike Training, and collaborate across Brand, Merchandising, Sales, Operations, Nike Direct, and Global partners.
You will represent the Training FW business in key strategic forums, bringing both bottom‑up insight and top‑down strategic perspectives to drive growth, shape seasonal strategies, and influence critical decision gates.

Qualifications
5+ years of retail planning experience across assortment planning and/or merchandise financial planning
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Retail, Marketing, or related field
Mastery of Excel and retail math; strong understanding of consumer, marketplace, and competitive trends
Proven ability to influence without authority and communicate complex information through simple, intuitive visual and written storytelling
Strong strategic thinking and critical problem‑solving skills; ability to guide executive‑level decision making through insights and scenario planning
Demonstrated ability to build connection across teams, integrate diverse perspectives, and drive long‑term, brand‑accretive decisions
Passion for Training, sport, and product is a strong plus

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
The NA Training team is high‑energy, competitive, and united by a shared commitment to winning with consumers. As the Senior Manager for Training FW Planning, you will lead the end‑to‑end planning process and shape the future of the Training business.
In this role, you will:
Build, own, and present seasonal financial plans, forecasts, and strategies as the lead FW Planning representative in key leadership meetings
Proactively assess and communicate business health, enabling smart, timely decisions through clear storytelling and actionable insights
Lead the fully integrated end‑to‑end allocation process for Training FW to ensure a healthy pull market and optimal inventory outcomes
Partner across Geo and Global teams to optimize business health throughout the entire product lifecycle
Drive consistency, best practice sharing, and systems expertise across the broader Planning community
Co‑create the Training FW 3‑Year Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan, shaping the future of the business with the Leadership Team
