About the Role:
We are seeking an Senior Manager, Performance Creative Strategy to join our Growth team and lead creative strategy for paid media channels, with a primary focus on paid social.
Paid social is a critical part of Nanit’s growth. This role will set the long-term vision for paid social creative, building scalable testing frameworks and establishing best practices that compound learnings over time. The Senior Manager, Performance Creative Strategy will be responsible for developing high-performing direct response creative, analyzing performance data, and continuously refining and iterating on winning concepts, with a mandate to drive acquisition and revenue growth.

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC 3 days per week. We will consider highly qualified remote candidates.
Salary Range: $150,000 to $160,000 base salary + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
