Corgi Strategies is building a new kind of ETF issuer: lean, differentiated, and able to launch a lot of product without needing billions in AUM to matter. We run a highly efficient platform across equities, fixed income, and thematic ETFs, with a deep pipeline and very low breakevens.

The Role

We’re looking for a hybrid Fixed Income PM / ETF Trader who actually likes getting into the weeds of bond markets and ETF structure. You’ll own strategy design and day-to-day implementation for bond ETFs, working directly with our team to turn ideas into live, tradeable products.

What You’ll Do

• Design and manage rules-based fixed income ETF portfolios (rates, credit, curve, yield, etc.).
• Run the trading loop: baskets, rebalances, liquidity, and execution quality.
• Work with APs, market makers, and dealers to keep spreads tight and tracking clean.
• Help spot new ETF opportunities and move them from concept → launch.

Who You Are

• You have 2+ years of experience in fixed income trading or portfolio management and know your way around bond markets.
• You understand how ETFs actually trade, including creation/redemption, baskets, and market structure.
• You’ve worked with ETF portfolio management, ETF trading, or index/rules-based strategies.
• You’ve spent time at an ETF issuer, asset manager, hedge fund, or trading desk and are now looking for more ownership and direct impact.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $200,000
• Bonus: 20% – 50% of base
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $300,000
