Summary:
The Sr. Manager, People Analytics, in partnership with the VP of Acquisition, Rewards and Analytics, will lead the design and execution of Curriculum Associate’s people analytics strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to inform talent decisions and enhance employee experience. This role spans from strategic design to execution and delivery. It requires a balance of technical leadership, analytical expertise, business acumen, and strong stakeholder collaboration to successfully drive People Analytics initiatives and deliverables.

Skills & Competencies:
System thinker with critical thinking and innovative problem-solving ability. Demonstrated ability in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling. Strong knowledge of tools like Excel, Power BI, etc. and advanced programming skills (e.g. Python, R, SQL) as well as HCM platforms (preferably Workday). Expert ability to design dashboards and visualization that convey complex insight clearly. Experience with creating self service reporting solutions for stakeholders. Strong business and HR acumen and ability to align analytics projects with strategic HR and organization goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and to present findings to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to navigate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop and execute on project deliverables. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
