Sr. Marketing Manager
Hyve Solutions is seeking an accomplished, detail-oriented, and team-focused Sr. Marketing Manager to lead our digital transformation and visual communications. Wearing many hats, you will oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of Hyve Solutions' web presence.
In addition, you’ll work alongside our management team to create compelling executive presentations that transform complex concepts and data into clear, engaging narratives about Hyve's capabilities and value proposition.
This is an on-site role in Fremont, CA.
Website Management:
· Lead the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of Hyve Solutions' new CMS platform
· Spearhead the design and development of the new company website from concept through launch
· Define information architecture, site structure, user journeys, and navigation based on user research and business requirements
· Create wireframes, functional specifications, and project documentation to guide development
· Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content creators throughout the implementation process
· Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and vendor relationships for the website launch
Visual Content Development:
· Create compelling executive presentations that communicate Hyve's story, capabilities, market position, and value proposition
· Translate complex business concepts and data into clear, engaging visual narratives for diverse audiences
· Develop presentation materials for employee communications and external stakeholder meetings
Qualifications:
· A degree in marketing, communications or related field
· 7+ years experience in marketing/communications with global experience
· A strong understanding of UX/UI principles and basic graphic design skills
· Exceptional presentation development skills and mastery of storytelling through visual elements
