We are thrilled to announce the opportunity for the position of Senior Manager, Juice Finance.
What You’ll Do for Us
Analyze Juice business investments, ROI, brand contributions, and innovation value chains to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Provide financial modeling and analysis (e.g., ROI, cash flow, value chain) to support strategic decision-making and opportunity assessments.
Lead business planning activities, including system economics, P&L validation, performance management, and sustainability initiatives.
Consolidate financial analyses for a complete view of the Juice P&L and Annual Business Plan.
Drive forecasting accuracy for volume and revenue, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Communicate financial insights across brand, category, and consumer segments, highlighting risks, opportunities, and trends.
Foster collaboration across key teams (e.g., Brand, Franchise, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and drive profit-generating initiatives.
Enable leadership teams to understand profitability metrics and deploy tools to optimize system economics.
Qualification & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field required. A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
Professional Experience: Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated experience in financial analysis, business planning, and/or forecasting within a multi-faceted organizational structure.
Technical Expertise: Expertise in synthesizing vast and complex data from diverse sources; experience leveraging machine learning models, data science methodologies, and modern analytics.
Proficiency in designing and deploying multi-dimensional financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, Cognos, Tableau, Hyperion, Business Objects, or TM1).
Core Competencies: Exceptional strategic problem-solving, project management, change management, and process improvement skills. Expertise in negotiating and collaborating across departments.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with proven storytelling skills, including crafting and delivering compelling, data-driven presentations.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, budgeting, financial statements, general accounting principles (GAAP), and financial modeling.

Pay Range:
$122,000 - $138,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
15Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
