What is the opportunity?

The IAM Onboarding Team is looking for a Senior Manager, Identity & Access Management Onboarding (Global Security)to lead the integration of applications into RBC's IAM solutions, aligning with the IAM onboarding strategy and goals.

This role involves collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to implement IAM solutions, identify business opportunities, and recommend solutions to achieve organizational objectives. We are looking for a proactive leader with a strong IAM background, capable of driving successful onboarding initiatives and contributing to RBC's security and efficiency goals.

What will you do?

  • Onboard applications to IAM services in accordance with established onboarding strategy and IAM goals

  • Collaborate with business partners, application teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding

  • Provide guidance to ensure requirements adhere to RBC Standards and identify/report security risks.

  • Participate in onboarding testing, including test case creation and execution

  • Implement solutions to improve onboarding process efficiency

  • Provide direction, coaching, and mentoring to optimize team performance and handle escalations.

What do you need to succeed? Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in the IAM domain with one or more of the IAM Services (Sailpoint IIQ, Entra ID, CyberArk, ServiceNow)

  • Experience as a team or project lead, with the ability to coach others and drive activities toward project deliverables and goals

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

  • Proficiency in IAM solution implementation for efficient security controls

  • Knowledge of Entra ID authentication and protocols (SAML, OAUTH), SCIM, Role-Based Access Control, MFA

  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute tasks with minimal direction or oversight

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Understanding of various technology platforms and applications (LDAP, Active Directory, ZVM, Entra ID, etc.)

 Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, including Jira and Confluence

  • Data analysis and reporting skills

  • Professional certification(s) related to information security or information risk management (CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM)
