We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Facilities & Real Estate Operations to play a central role in managing and delivering Broadridge’s global facilities and real estate initiatives.
Reporting to the VP, Global Real Estate and Facilities, this role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing capital projects and budgets, and helping ensure that global facility and real estate programs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities:
Project & Program Management
- Support VP and Regional Directors in planning, execution, and delivery of global facilities and real estate projects, including office buildouts, relocations, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades
- Establish project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with business and regional stakeholders
- Implement consistent project management methodologies, governance processes, and reporting frameworks to ensure visibility and accountability
- Facilitate communication across functions—IT, HR, Security, Finance—to ensure full alignment of project deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving conflicts and dependencies to maintain progress
- Support regional facilities teams by providing structure, project tracking tools, and standard operating procedures.
Capital Planning & Budget Management
- Oversee annual and multi-year capital planning related to real estate and facilities, including new leases, site expansions, and asset renewal programs
- Develop business cases for capital investments, incorporating cost/benefit analysis, ROI metrics, and strategic alignment;
- Partner with Finance to forecast project spend, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to budget targets;
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to communicate project and financial status to senior leadership.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the central point of contact for all global real estate and facilities initiatives, coordinating inputs from internal teams and external vendors;
- Lead/support project status meetings, ensuring effective cross-regional coordination and timely decision-making;
Process Improvement & Governance
- Standardizing global facilities and real estate project processes to improve scalability and efficiency;
- Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement within the function;
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls, safety regulations, company policies, and local building standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
- 8+ years of progressive experience in facilities, real estate, or capital project management roles, preferably in a fintech, technology, or financial services setting;
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous capital projects across diverse geographies;
- Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling, capital planning, and cost control;
- Proven expertise in program and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., PMP certification is a plus);
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar);
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills;
- Ability to effectively navigate complex, matrixed organizations and drive collaboration across time zones;
- Strong financial acumen and comfort working with budgets, forecasts, and business cases;
- High attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture.
