Rocket Travel by Agoda is a team of creative entrepreneurs that develop solutions for Agoda’s and other Booking Holdings strategic partners and promote our top and bottom-line growth. We design tailored business and product solutions with our partners and help them generate measurable value. Members of our team are empowered and supported to grow contribution of their projects and accounts. We develop win-win relationships and leverage Agoda’s and Booking Holdings’ unique travel product portfolio and tech solutions to bring our partners the advantages they seek. Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we build new channels to increase the visibility of RTA and the other group companies, introduce more travelers to our great products and service and deliver significant profits to the overall business.

The Strategic Partnerships (Chain Wholesale) team partners with global and regional hotel chains to scale B2B distribution. Our Chain Wholesale solution enables chains to distribute B2B rates across the Booking Holdings network (Agoda, Booking.com, Priceline) while maintaining strong controls over distribution and partner access—supporting sustainable growth and governance. 

 

The Opportunity:

This role is a combination of partner commercial ownership, account management, and cross-functional program leadership. Your key success metric is revenue growth, achieved by building strong partner relationships, identifying growth levers, and driving initiatives to execution across internal teams.

What you’ll do 

  • Own revenue growth for a portfolio of strategic chain partners: Set targets and joint plans, identify the biggest levers (distribution strategy, capability adoption, performance optimization, operational scalability), and drive execution to deliver measurable impact.
  • Partner commercial & account ownership: Own senior partner relationships and commercial governance—run QBRs, align roadmaps and priorities, manage escalations, and negotiate/align initiatives and distribution approaches with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Program leadership across teams: Own end-to-end program execution—align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and dependencies, and drive delivery through launch and ongoing adoption to unlock revenue and reduce friction.
  • Communication & stakeholder alignment: Drive crisp, persuasive communication—deliver updates, business reviews, and recommendations to partner and internal leadership; tailor the narrative, secure decisions/resources, and ensure follow-through.
  • Performance analytics & recommendations: Build clear narratives from data; spot gaps/opportunities and recommend actions backed by analysis.
  • Optimization & innovation: Find and quantify scalable opportunities; prioritize the roadmap and drive experiments, automation, and tooling/process improvements that create repeatable impact across partners. 

Who you’ll work with:

You’ll work day-to-day with a small set of core stakeholders to drive revenue growth and execution: 

  • Top global and regional chains, mostly at HQ level and/or regional stakeholders
  • Product & Tech: translate partner needs into clear requirements; prioritize and drive delivery of features
  • B2B Distributioncoordinate distribution strategy and commercial execution across markets
  • Supply/Key Accounts: coordinate key partner-facing actions across B2B/B2C motions, partner closely on chain execution incl. onboarding and operational fixes (e.g., rate loading, issue resolution) 

What success looks like (6–12 months):

  • Deliver measurable revenue growth across your portfolio, tied to a clear set of levers and a repeatable operating cadence.
  • Establish strong partner governance: consistent exec-level touchpoints, clear plans, predictable follow-through.
  • Ship 2–3 initiatives that improve scalability and partner performance (e.g., automation, reporting/tooling, process redesign, adoption of key features). 

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in strategic partnerships, account management, BD, or commercial roles in a B2B setting (travel, SaaS, marketplace/platform, payments, adtech, logistics, etc.)
  • Proven track record driving revenue growth through partner portfolios and cross-functional execution
  • Comfortable engaging senior partner stakeholders and leading executive-ready QBRs/steering discussions
  • Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel/Sheets; comfort turning data into decisions; BI familiarity)
  • SQL: Able to run and adapt basic queries (filtering, joins, aggregations) to self-serve analysis, answer performance questions, and update existing reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication in English (influencing without authority; comfortable with senior audiences)
  • Highly structured operator: can manage multiple priorities, run cadences, and execute through ambiguity 

 

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in travel distribution, hotels, wholesale, channel partnerships, or connectivity/API-based partnerships
