We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Senior Manager – Business Operations to support our Account Management Teams serving our key customers. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence through data management and analytics, vendor engagement and performance analysis, and the delivery of structured insights via presentations and effective communication. Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Here is what you need to know about this role:
Provide operational support to Account Management Teams.
Align operational strategies with business objectives and contribute to strengthening vendor relationships through process enhancements and policy updates.
Consolidate and manage operational and vendor-related data using spreadsheets and analytical platforms.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across systems.
Apply analytical methodologies and leverage tools including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and AI-powered solutions to extract insights and visualize trends.
Present findings through structured reports and impactful PowerPoint presentations to support internal reviews and strategic decision-making.
Analyze vendor performance and profiles to identify opportunities for improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
Support vendor engagement by facilitating communication, aligning operational requirements, and promoting collaboration on process improvements and compliance initiatives.
Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Promote alignment across functions to ensure smooth operations and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, preferably from supply chain or sourcing industry
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proven ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and AI-powered analytics platforms is preferred.
Experience in supporting IT or AI-related projects is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting quality.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
Flexible and proactive, with a willingness to take on additional duties or ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
