We have an outstanding learning opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in Supply Chain and Logistics at Kraft Heinz! As Supply chain & Logistics intern, you will be dealing with optimization processes, innovative projects, working with warehouses, learning to manage internal databases and effective product strategies.

The positions

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.

Depending on your profile, your experience and interests, as well as the expertise of our leadership, you will be supporting one of the following teams:

  • Customer Excellence
  • Logistics and Inventory
  • Demand Planning

 Tasks throughout the various roles can include:

  • Optimization of processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement on our Supply Chain Loss Tool & Analysis
  • Improve our customer stock in trade follow up
  • Optimize the follow up of root cases and propose actions to improve customer care satisfaction
  • Optimization and automation of reporting tools
  • Inventory replenishment between warehouses
  • Monthly donation process to the national Foodbank
  • Optimization of forecasting routines

 Qualifications:
Job requirements:

  • You are enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship. 
  • You are at the end of your bachelor, or in your master’s degree:
    • Engineering / Supply Chain / Business Management  / Econometrics / Mathematics. 
  • You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. 
  • NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

 Professional Attributes:

  • Computer proficiency: including Microsoft Office Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint, PowerBI.
  • Communication Skills: At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
  • Ability to Simplify: We like to keep it simple. And to execute fast. Your ability to simplify will be highly appreciated, when you provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges.
  • Analytical: We’re a very data driven company. You know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mindset.
  • Project management skills: Time management has no secrets for you. You’re organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe.
  • High pressure: You don’t get easily stressed by pressure; a demanding and dynamic environment is what keeps you energized.
  • Team player: Self-motivated, flexible and a team player who likes to work with people within a multicultural environment.
  • Eagerness to learn about Supply Chain & Logistics in an international, fast-moving environment.

 What we offer you 

Program start date:  January/February 2026.  

Duration: 6 months. 

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses.

Location: Amsterdam.

This is a hybrid position, you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
