The Team:

Client Operations is central to how we maintain and enhance client relationships long-term, covering both Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms. The team values client centricity, innovation, and strong collaboration across global counterparts.

The Role: As a Senior Manager, you will work with 4 Assistant Managers to drive operational excellence with a team of 30-35 team members.

The Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Lead and develop a team of 4 assistant managers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and client excellence across the Client Operations function

  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention through innovative support solutions and process improvements

  • Oversee daily operations ensuring 24x7 client assistance across phone, email, and chat channels while maintaining service level agreements

  • Partner with global Client Services teams to optimize workflows, implement best practices, and ensure consistent service delivery standards

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies including recruitment, performance management, and career development planning for the broader team

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field from an accredited institution

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in client operations, customer service, or related field with proven track record of managing managers

  • Strong experience in financial services or data/technology platforms with deep understanding of client relationship management

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and global teams

  • Demonstrated experience in performance management, talent development, and leading teams through organizational change

  • Ability to work hybrid schedule with minimum 2 days per week in the Ahmedabad office

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Capital IQ, Capital IQ Pro, or similar financial data platforms and analytics tools

  • Background in process improvement methodologies

  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams and working across multiple time zones

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) with focus on operations management or business administration
