About the role

Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) is looking for looking for someone with exceptional analytical skills, as well as excellent technical knowledge of collective investments, to join the Fund Research team as a Senior Investment Analyst. More than 30 years’ experience and wisdom has gone into developing our research process. A strong interest in, and experience working with, funds, personal finance and investments is essential.

HL's analysts spend thousands of hours every year crunching the numbers, meeting fund managers and assessing risk to help identify the best investments for our clients. In-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis narrows the field to highlight the right funds for investors to build well-diversified portfolios.

Each analyst in the Fund Research team specialises in specific IA fund sectors. The analysts’ objective is to monitor funds under their coverage and identify the ones with the greatest performance potential to outperform their benchmark and peers. Their highest conviction selections are then shared with HL's 2 million clients through our investment solutions, including the Wealth Shortlist.

This is a rare and unique opportunity to join one of the most highly-regarded investment research teams in the country. You will help to produce ‘the best information’ for HL clients, which in turn enables them to make effective and profitable investment decisions.
