The OFSE GeoZones FP&A Manager will support the Global GeoZones Finance Leader by leading financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis for Global GeoZones. This role is pivotal in delivering timely insights, enabling strategic decision-making, and ensuring alignment with global financial priorities. The FP&A Manager will work across various functions and organizational levels to meet project timelines and business goals.

Planning & Reporting Excellence 

Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial plans, forecasts, and monthly performance reports across GeoZones 

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in financial reporting aligned with global standards 

Develop dashboards and analytical tools to support business reviews and executive reporting 

Business Assessments & Strategic Support 

Conduct financial assessments and evaluations to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions 

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance and resource allocation 

Support scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments for global GeoZone operations 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

Partner with regional finance teams, operations, commercial, and functional leaders to gather inputs and align on planning assumptions 

Drive consistency in financial processes and tools across GeoZones 

Support global finance transformation initiatives and digital enablement efforts 

Governance & Compliance 

Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements 

Support governance processes related to planning cycles, reporting standards, and performance reviews 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 

8+ years of experience in FP&A or finance roles, preferably in industrial or energy sectors 

Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, planning systems, and performance management 

Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization and influence cross-functional stakeholders 

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills 

Reports to: Global GeoZones Finance Leader 

Location: Houston, TX (or as designated)
