The Role

The Senior ICT Engineer will lead the design and coordination of ICT, ELV, and digital systems across large-scale developments, ensuring integrated solutions aligned with project and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

• Lead ICT and ELV systems design from concept through delivery.
• Coordinate ICT requirements with architectural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
• Review and approve ICT strategies, specifications, and design deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, authority requirements, and best practices.
• Support client coordination and technical decision-making.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to ICT engineering teams.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 20+ years’ experience in ICT / ELV systems design.
• Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale projects.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination experience.
• Background in senior or lead ICT engineering roles.

Key Knowledge and Skills

• Expert knowledge of ICT and ELV systems and integration.
• Strong understanding of digital infrastructure and smart systems.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage design reviews, interfaces, and approvals.
