Doctolib

Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Sales & Marketing France (x/f/m)

Paris, Paris, France Full Time

What you’ll do

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you'll play a pivotal role in one of Doctolib's most exciting transformation phases.

Partnering with our Sales & Marketing leadership in France and reporting directly to our Senior HR Manager France as their trusted right hand, you'll work with a substantial commercial population in an international, fast-moving environment.

You'll be both strategic and hands-on, shaping organizational design, driving large-scale transformation projects, and coaching leaders through growth challenges. As Doctolib reimagines how we go to market, you'll have significant autonomy and influence to leave a lasting mark on how we build and scale commercial excellence.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as a Strategic People Partner: Partner with VPs and Directors to influence critical decisions on organizational design, performance management, and change initiatives, not just execute them. Balance strategic counsel with hands-on support, staying close to the business while coaching senior leaders through complexity and driving meaningful transformation.
  • Lead people initiatives at scale: Co-create with leadership and execute HR roadmaps for large populations, leveraging analytics (performance distribution, attrition, engagement) to drive measurable impact and track outcomes with clear OKRs.
  • Orchestrate talent and performance excellence: Own end-to-end HR cycles (performance, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation) while raising the performance bar and strengthening retention in competitive markets.
  • Handle complex individual people matters, balancing compliance, fairness, and business agility.
  • Bridge local and global: Ensure alignment between France business needs and global People programs, collaborating with cross-functional partners (TA, L&D, C&B, Legal) to deliver integrated solutions.

Who you are

Before you read on — if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.

You could be our next team mate if you:

  • Are fluent in English and French to thrive in our international environment, with solid knowledge of French employment law.
  • Bring 8+ years of senior HR experience, in transformation or scale-up environments, partnering at VP/Director level.
  • Excel at influence without authority: You build genuine partnerships beyond just policy application, challenge senior stakeholders constructively, and drive change through data-driven insights.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong change management skills and ability to lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and are field-oriented: You understand org dynamics & vision, speak the language of business leaders, and balance compliance with pragmatic solutions that enable growth.

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • Have experience specifically in Sales, Marketing, or commercial functions, understanding the unique talent and performance challenges these teams face.
  • Have proven track record leading large-scale transformations, where you influenced strategic decisions from inception.
