THE JOB:
Are you highly analytical, detail-driven, and ready to take investigations to the next level? Step into the role of Senior Watch Center Specialist and play a critical part in protecting our organization. In this role, you’ll conduct thorough investigations, analyze complex information, and prepare detailed case findings to present to company leadership and outside agencies. Your work will help ensure potential risks are identified, addressed, and managed with accuracy, professionalism, and integrity.
THE STARTING RATE: $26.00 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Conduct investigations involving injured employees, fraud, missing property, minor criminal activity, and other sensitive matters for corporate entities
- Prepare detailed investigation reports and present findings, recommendations, and case summaries to Security Management for review
- Prepare and present cases to outside agencies for prosecution, including law enforcement and government agencies. Testify in court hearings or trials when required
- Partner with local, state, and federal law enforcement, Legal, Property Security teams, Corporate Security Officers, Corporate Investigators, and Senior Corporate Security leadership on sensitive security matters
- Prepare security alerts and “BOLOs” for distribution to property security teams and tailor crisis communications based on gathered intelligence
- Support the company’s Protective Risk Assessment program and maintain industry peer networks within the gaming and hospitality sector to enhance situational awareness and share best practices
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Security, law enforcement, and/or a legal profession required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information to diverse audiences
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
