The Finance team’s goal is to be a trusted and collaborative partner to all the businesses and functional teams that we work with, bringing business acumen, financial expertise and insights to aid decision-making and deliver value to our stakeholders. We strive to generate value through providing specialist advice and making recommendations to optimize decision making, delivering transparent processes and implementing governance and controls to mitigate risk.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial rolling forecast (FCST) process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective P&L management.
- Support month-end closing activities from an FP&A perspective, ensuring accurate submissions and variance analysis.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting packages including KPI trends and performance insights.
- Support business cases and financial models for commercial initiatives, strategic investments, and new business opportunities.
- Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments for strategic and operational decision-making.
- Analyze key drivers across revenue, pricing, margins, OPEX, and overall profitability; highlight risks/opportunities proactively.
- Partner closely with commercial, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams to enhance planning and reporting processes.
- Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to support business visibility.
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including automation, system enhancement, and process redesign.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support leadership decisions.
- Lead cross-functional project teams when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of total relevant experience, including 3–5 years in FP&A or Business Controlling (MNC experience preferred).
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Strong command of business English, with ability to present insights to senior leadership.
- Advanced financial modelling skills including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
- Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred; familiarity with automation or AI tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of full financial statements (IS/BS/CF) and financial linkages.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar); SQL knowledge is beneficial.
- High proficiency in Excel; Anaplan experience preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders.
- Proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capability.
