Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 50%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 50%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The FVP, Director, Nevada Relationship Manager will lead the Middle Market Nevada portfolio growth for lending/deposits/treasury management, while also assisting with deposit growth and treasury management growth for the Gaming Vertical. This individual will play a pivotal role in further driving MM’s growth in the by delivering tailored financial solutions to meet the various needs of the Las Vegas and Reno markets and their specialized industries.
This position requires a combination of market industry expertise, strong commercial banking acumen, and proven leadership in managing client relationships and high-performing teams. The role will also require significant coordination with risk, credit, and product partners to support sophisticated and often regulated client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor trends across the Nevada market, regulatory changes, and economic impacts affecting a largely tourism driven market
  • Represent the firm as a subject matter expert at key networking events, conferences, and COI events
  • Serve as the relationship lead for a portfolio of top-tier commercial clients, including public and private companies
  • Build and deepen long-term partnerships through customized financial strategies across lending, treasury, capital markets, and advisory services
  • Understand client business models, cash flow cycles, and regulatory constraints to deliver proactive and compliant financial solutions
  • Collaborate with internal partners across credit, treasury, risk, and legal to ensure cohesive client service delivery
  • Foster a culture of client-first mindset, regulatory excellence, and continuous development
  • Originate and drive new business opportunities, leveraging market knowledge and a robust network of market relationships
  • Structure complex credit facilities including revolvers, term loans, CapEx lines, and acquisition financing tailored to the various industries in the Nevada market
  • Build a deposit portfolio tailored to the needs of the Nevada market, to provide solutions in line with the various industries related to and supporting the gaming industry
  • Partner with investment banking and capital markets teams for equity, debt, and M&A support where applicable
  • Ensure full adherence to BSA/AML, KYC, and all relevant new client onboarding
  • Maintain strong oversight of credit quality, risk ratings, and compliance protocols across the portfolio

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or other relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in commercial banking, corporate banking, or finance, with a significant focus on the casino and gaming industry
  • Proven success managing large, complex client relationships, both public and privately held
  • Exceptional collaboration, interpersonal, and client management skills
