The Boeing CompanyBoeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Projects, Asset Management, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) organization is seeking Senior Facilities Project Management Specialists to join our Rate Readiness Integration team in North Charleston, SC.
This role will focus on integration and communication to support the facilities expansion projects at the 787 Charleston site. The position will involve collaboration across all Facilities disciplines to ensure seamless execution from planning through implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing roadblocks, facilitating teamwork and ensuring follow-through to maintain alignment across cross-functional teams.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary integration and communications lead for assigned business area(s), coordinating internal and external stakeholder communications and approvals
Develop and manage communication strategies and content for executive leadership, including email and video messages and high-impact briefing materials
Create and deliver visually compelling, executive-level presentations and visual stories that align with Boeing branding and leadership objectives
Act as project web application administrator for assigned portals (e.g., PACE Portal), maintaining content and visibility of program status
Help develop, integrate and implement programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business objectives and authorization requirements
Collect, organize, analyze and present data to validate results, track commitments and provide visibility into program status and risks
Identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation plans and drive timely resolution of issues impacting operations
Coordinate cross-functional project teams and support emergent program requirements and ongoing business management activities
Engage leadership to obtain approvals, provide status updates and drive follow-up actions
Coach and provide guidance to less experienced personnel when applicable
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners to foster collaboration and support business goals
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations to executive-level audiences
5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners
Experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Program Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Experience in change management, program management, business operations, or related fields
Experience supporting facilities management, supply chain, construction, engineering, or related business functions
Experience in visual storytelling, graphic design, education design, or presentation development
Experience administering web portals or project collaboration tools

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $113,050 - $152,950
