[What the role is]
This is a 2-year position as a Senior Executive/Executive, Digital Communications in the Corporate Communications Office.[What you will be working on]
As a member of the Polytechnic’s corporate website team, 85% of your job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage, expand, and maintain the Polytechnic’s corporate website.
Design and create engaging visuals and interactive elements for responsive web pages, web homepage banners, etc.
Design and create digital marketing materials such as EDMs, e-newsletters, e-posters, etc.
Research and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance website user experience.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance digital user experiences.
The remaining 15% of your responsibilities will be to:
Provide support in social media content development.
Provide support in marketing courses and flagship events, including designing tasks, event coordination and on-site assistance.
Assist with administrative tasks, including finance processes and general office support.
[What we are looking for]
At least 1–3 years of relevant working experience in graphic or digital design. Candidates should possess a strong design foundation. (Entry-level candidates with strong design potential may also be considered)
Experience in website design, UI/UX, or web development will be preferred.
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, with familiarity with JavaScript.
Experienced in using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Familiarity with Figma (or similar tools) is a plus.
Able to manage projects and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
