Job Description

We’re looking for a true China-platform native. Someone who understands Douyin and Xiaohongshu beyond surface-level trends. You’ll lead MOVE’s presence on China social platforms, ensuring content feels locally authentic while staying aligned with our regional brand direction.

What You’ll Be Doing

China Social Strategy

  • Develop and execute Douyin and Xiaohongshu strategies

  • Localise regional campaigns with cultural nuance

  • Identify trends and platform shifts early

Content Production

  • Conceptualise and produce platform-native content

  • Write and optimise Mandarin copy

  • Ensure discoverability through smart tagging, keywords, and format optimisation

Creator & Growth

  • Identify and collaborate with local KOLs and creators

  • Monitor engagement trends and adapt quickly

  • Provide cultural insights to regional teams
