About the job:
The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a Senior Ecosystem Marketing Specialist for Cloud Ecosystem to join our regional marketing organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing joint marketing strategies and programs with strategic Cloud partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Oracle) to drive demand, accelerate pipeline and support revenue growth across the region.
You will work closely with Ecosystem Account Managers, Sales, Alliances and Field Marketing teams and Regional Demand Center, as well as with partner marketing counterparts, to adapt global partner campaigns to local needs, ensuring alignment with regional business priorities. This role requires strong coordination skills, experience in B2B partner ecosystems and the ability to translate global cloud initiatives into impactful regional programs.
What you will do:
Define and execute partner marketing strategies aligned with regional Cloud sales priorities and joint business plans with AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud and Oracle, among others.
Plan, develop and implement joint marketing programs to drive demand generation, pipeline creation and brand awareness for Red Hat Cloud solutions
Collaborate closely with Partner Ecosystem, Sales and Alliances to support co-sell motions and revenue creation.
Own and lead the execution of partner marketing activities such as: digital campaigns, in-person and virtual events, workshops, executive briefings and partner enablement sessions.
Manage assigned budget and ensure efficient use of marketing funds to maximize business impact
Support strategic partner accounts and territories with cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, aligned to Cloud offerings and Red Hat solutions
Act as the main marketing point of contact for Cloud partners, coordinating with external agencies and marketing teams
Track, analyze and report campaign performance, pipeline impact and ROMI, leveraging Salesforce and Tableau as reporting tools
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
8+ years of B2B program marketing experience, preferably in technology, Cloud or partner ecosystems
Proven experience working with strategic partners or alliances
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across sales, marketing, alliances and external partners
Strong project management, communication and execution skills
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and pipeline contribution
Ability to work independently, influence without authority and operate in a fast-paced environment
Fluent spoken and written English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
Willingness to travel up to 25% in accordance with Red Hat guidelines
