You’ll own content strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging social platforms, building platform-native content that’s culturally relevant, algorithm-aware, and aligned with MOVE’s brand voice.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategy & Planning
Develop platform strategies and monthly content calendars
Translate campaigns into engaging, social-first storytelling
Spot trends early and adapt them smartly
Content Creation
Conceptualise, script, shoot, and edit social-first content
Create short-form and long-form videos optimised for platform performance
Manage publishing and content rollout
Performance & Optimisation
Track KPIs across engagement, reach, views, and watch time
Conduct regular performance reviews and refine content pillars
Test new formats and push creative boundaries
