Job Description

This is for someone who thinks strategically but executes creatively. You don’t just follow trends, you understand how and why they work.

You’ll own content strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging social platforms, building platform-native content that’s culturally relevant, algorithm-aware, and aligned with MOVE’s brand voice.


What You’ll Be Doing
Strategy & Planning

  • Develop platform strategies and monthly content calendars

  • Translate campaigns into engaging, social-first storytelling

  • Spot trends early and adapt them smartly

Content Creation

  • Conceptualise, script, shoot, and edit social-first content

  • Create short-form and long-form videos optimised for platform performance

  • Manage publishing and content rollout
     

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track KPIs across engagement, reach, views, and watch time

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and refine content pillars

  • Test new formats and push creative boundaries
