Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to lead our RF GaN Product Line. This is a high-impact general management role responsible for driving the business forward through ownership of P&L, investment strategy, customer engagement, and market development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical insight, commercial acumen, and leadership experience to scale our RF GaN portfolio across key end markets.

Key Responsibilities:
•    P&L Ownership: Lead and manage the full profit and loss for the RF GaN product line, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
•    Strategic Investment Leadership: Define and execute investment strategies to support product innovation, market expansion, and long-term growth.
•    Customer Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of customers, working closely with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities and close deals.
•    Market Engagement: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs and trends across defense, aerospace, telecom, and other relevant sectors.
•    Deal Execution: Drive commercial negotiations and close strategic deals that advance the product line’s market position.
•    Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and execution across the organization.

Required Qualifications:
•    15+ years of Proven experience in RF technologies, preferably GaN based technologies and systems
•    Demonstrated success in managing P&L and leading product lines or business units.
•    Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•    Experience working with global customers and navigating complex deal structures.
•    Ability to travel 25%

Expected Salary Range

$198,500.00 - $358,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
