Job Purpose:

· As part of the North American business unit, Canadian Product Management Business lead and Primary internal/external contact, information dissemination and escalation resource, responsible for all Canadian portfolio vendor relationships including contract negotiations· Primary responsibility and accountability for overall Canadian vendor portfolio P&L: Forecasting, achievement of and reporting on, all monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, profitability, and inventory goals· Responsible for the creation, development, and maintenance of an inclusive and positive working team environment and culture, through regular team and one-on-one meetings, and weekly and bi-weekly informal team get-togethers.· Creation and implementation of annual development plans for all direct and indirect reports, including regular monthly and quarterly check-ins, and annual performance reviews· Responsible for the oversight of the portfolio Marketing plan, budget, and execution

Responsibilities:

Hiring, managing, developing, and mentoring direct and indirect report team members

Forecasting and reporting for Canadian and North American businesses: Annually, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly

Managing P&L to maximize profitability and minimize exposure risks and liabilities

Managing vendor (external) relationships: Contracts, processes, expectations, marketing, opportunities

Managing internal relationships: Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR, Purchasing, others

Objectif du poste :
Dans le cadre de l’unité d’affaires nord-américaine, agir à titre de responsable des activités de gestion de produits au Canada, ainsi que comme principal point de contact interne et externe, source de diffusion de l’information et de gestion des enjeux, responsable de l’ensemble des relations avec les fournisseurs du portefeuille canadien, incluant les négociations contractuelles.
Assumer la responsabilité principale et l’imputabilité du P&L (profit et perte) du portefeuille fournisseurs au Canada, incluant la prévision, l’atteinte et le suivi de tous les objectifs mensuels, trimestriels et annuels liés aux revenus, à la rentabilité et aux inventaires.
Assurer la création, le développement et le maintien d’un environnement de travail inclusif et positif, ainsi que d’une culture d’équipe forte, par le biais de rencontres régulières d’équipe, de rencontres individuelles, et de points de contact informels hebdomadaires et bimensuels.
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de développement annuels pour l’ensemble des employés sous gestion directe et indirecte, incluant des suivis mensuels, trimestriels et des évaluations de performance annuelles.
Superviser le plan marketing du portefeuille, y compris le budget et l’exécution des activités.
Responsabilités :
Embaucher, encadrer, développer et accompagner les membres de l’équipe sous supervision directe et indirecte
Effectuer les prévisions et rapports pour les activités canadiennes et nord-américaines (annuellement, trimestriellement, mensuellement et hebdomadairement)
Gérer le P&L afin de maximiser la rentabilité et de minimiser les risques et les passifs
Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs (externes) : contrats, processus, attentes, marketing et opportunités
Gérer les relations internes : Finance, Juridique, Marketing, Ressources humaines, Approvisionnement, et autres partenaires

Annual Pay Range Requirement: 

 

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
