ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Talent Advisor is responsible for owning and delivering full life‑cycle recruitment for U.S. Commercial Sales and aligned business units. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business and PX leaders, providing strategic recruiting partnership while adhering to global operating procedures and best‑practice principles, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, selection, and offer development. The Senior Talent Advisor recruits best‑in‑class talent across entry‑level through senior‑level roles and ensures a high‑quality, consistent candidate and hiring leader experience aligned to commercial priorities.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a deep understanding of the supported Commercial Sales business, talent needs, and organizational priorities to proactively shape hiring strategies.
Build strong, consultative relationships and work cross‑functionally with business leaders and PX partners to lead and influence the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive, inclusive, and high‑touch client and candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
Evaluate candidate backgrounds to align core competencies, sales capabilities, and motivational fit with key hiring requirements.
Act as a credible and trusted talent advisor to client groups, providing insight and guidance to support informed hiring decisions.
Use AI to complement Candidate Experience (CX) processes while continuously strengthening AI skills and fluency to improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
Incorporate creative and targeted sourcing strategies to identify high‑quality, competitive commercial talent.
Lead offer development discussions across entry‑level through senior‑level roles, including LTI interpretation and creative, market‑aligned offer approaches.
Ensure hiring activities align with business goals and adhere to recruitment guidelines, governance, and compliance standards.
Develop a strong understanding of the commercial talent landscape to promote individualized, market‑relevant hiring strategies.
Proactively contribute to local, regional, and enterprise Talent Acquisition initiatives, supporting continuous improvement across the CX organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience; OR a Master’s degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience; OR a High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to build strong, effective working relationships with hiring managers and PX partners in a consultative capacity.
Ability to source and recruit entry‑level through mid‑ to senior‑level talent.
Experience applying AI tools and strategies within Candidate Experience or recruitment processes.
Ability to develop and support hiring plans and contribute to the development and launch of recruitment campaigns.
Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
Prior experience working in Workday as an applicant tracking system.
Experience recruiting for commercial sales or revenue‑generating roles.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $82,700.00 to $137,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
