We’re hiring a Senior Director, Sales & Marketing In-Licensing to join our CSL Seqirus Commercial Operations team in Melbourne. In this key leadership position, you will lead the commercialisation of our dynamic In-License business in ANZ and will drive the development and implementation of the sales plans through the sales leadership team. You will build a strong partnership between in-licensing commercial structure and the vaccines commercial structure to ensure a high performing culture is built where people feel empowered to be accountable for their business, able to make decisions and passionate about developing and leading their teams.
Beyond driving commercial strategy, you’ll shape the product portfolio, lead vision and strategy for CSL Seqirus ANZ sales, partner with senior stakeholders, and develop a comprehensive sales plan covering resourcing, competencies, incentives, and talent.
Working in partnership with our training managers, you’ll ensure we continue to develop our training strategy to drive value with our customers.
You will partner with the Business Analytics Senior Manager to develop an APAC strategy that leverages data for decision-making, market insights, and resource optimisation
Reporting to the Executive Director, Commercial Operations APAC, you will:
Drive Revenue and Profitability: Ensure CSL Seqirus & Vifor In-License ANZ meet revenue and profitability targets, aligned with brand performance and commercial operations strategy.
Cultivate High-Performance Culture: Consistently lead and nurture a passionate, high-performance culture where talent flourishes, supporting the delivery of the APAC strategy.
Support New In-Licensing: Facilitate the in-licensing of new assets for IL pharmaceuticals, aligning with ANZ strategy and maximising P&L.
Lead Data Strategy: Oversee the strategy and implementation of business analytics and data management for ANZ.
Your Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, life sciences or healthcare discipline; MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
Minimum 12+ years' healthcare experience with 8+ years' pharmaceutical/ biotech sales and marketing experience
Record of accomplishment across several commercial functions.
Significant experience in launching new and growing established products.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
7+ years’ experience leading and managing teams in a global organization.
Experience working in both primary care and speciality sales environment.
