JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Digital Content Producer is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for building, publishing, and maintaining engaging and measurable digital content across Highmark's various digital properties and channels. This individual will drive the planning, execution, and optimization of digital content strategies to attract prospective consumers and engage and retain existing members and patients.
Leveraging expertise in content management systems and digital experience platforms, the incumbent will oversee publication schedules, multiple workflows, and projects, ensuring timely and impactful delivery of content across web, email, mobile, SMS, and other digital channels. This role requires a strong focus on measurement, analytics, and optimization to ensure digital experiences meet and exceed business objectives.
Working closely with User Experience (UX), Digital Strategy, Digital Media and Performance Analytics, Advanced Analytics and Reporting, Campaign Management, and Development teams, the Senior Digital Content Producer will coordinate and create Microsites, Websites, Web Applications, Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems, and Email Marketing programs. They will be instrumental in translating business goals into measurable outcomes, enhancing digital storytelling, and ensuring Highmark’s online digital presence is compelling, cohesive, and aligned with the brand and experience objectives.
As a key member of the content strategy team, this role also supports content consistency, publication, and development standards across lines of business and technologies. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, data-driven, possesses exceptional critical thinking and communication skills, and demonstrates strong project management abilities to balance multiple priorities with accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
This role can be hybrid or remote. If you live within 50 miles of an office you are required to be onsite 3 days a week. T, W, Th.

Pay Range Minimum:
$57,700.00Pay Range Maximum:
$107,800.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
