WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work closely with the Graphic Senior Manager, Apparel and Color Design, Product Management and Technical Development teams to help Nike create the future of narrative driven graphic design across the Kids sport. You will ensure design feasibility while meeting price points, merchandising needs and product creation timelines, from concepting through to production.

It takes a dedicated leader and teammate that knows how to distill cultural and consumer insights into authentic narratives, while creating design solutions that inspire and surprise our consumer and elevate the future of Nike Kids apparel.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll be responsible for creating original and trend-driven designs for Boys and Girls Nike Kids Sport Apparel and Tees. This area of our business covers many fields of play, including Field and Team Sports, Running, Training, and multi-sport product. The role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of graphics and composition, and the ability to translate design concepts into commercially viable on trend designs. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative problem solver who brings engagement and curiosity to the Kids apparel graphics team.
You will also be responsible for concepting and building out narratives that will inspire and influence our consumer. To accomplish this, you will collaborate with your design, development and business partners to ensure all details are recorded and delivered as presented. From trims to print applications and cost considerations you will be challenged by a wide range of responsibilities and experiences.
Accountabilities include but are not limited to speaking with athletes, consumers, external partners and contributing to the creative vision of Nike Kids. Engaging in team meetings and cascading critical information to ensure the project hits all deadlines. Presenting design concepts and seasonal initiatives to internal and external audiences while always keeping to Nike Kids best interests.
