Corporate Procurement Business Partner

Position Purpose / Mission

Lead the definition and execution of procurement strategy across the enterprise. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to Corporate stakeholders and Division leadership, driving value, mitigating risk, and ensuring best‑in‑class vendor partnerships. You’ll oversee vendor governance, contract negotiations, and sourcing processes while shaping strategies that strengthen corporate functions and deliver measurable impact.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, related field, or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of procurement experience

  • Proven expertise negotiating complex contracts and Statements of Work

  • Experience with enterprise ERP systems (purchasing and payment modules)

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite

  • Background in invoice processing, spend tracking, and reporting development

  • Experience managing service/maintenance agreements and negotiations

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Strong knowledge of financial GL coding

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Strong presentation skills across all levels of the organization

  • Self‑starter with initiative, problem‑solving skills, and ability to make independent decisions quickly and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPIM – Certified Procurement Inventory Management

  • Experience in process improvement initiatives

  • Advanced knowledge of Accounts Payable platforms (e.g., NewGen AP)

  • Strong financial reporting skills

  • Experience creating/managing Tableau dashboards

  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Procurement, iProcurement, or similar systems

  • Experience building and managing teams and budgets

Major Accountabilities

Strategic Procurement & Governance

  • Own all corporate requisitions and purchasing processes

  • Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and perform cost analysis of alternatives

  • Define governance strategies for corporate maintenance agreements

  • Manage S2P RFx processes (RFP, RFQ, RFx) and vendor sourcing

Business Partnership & Training

  • Serve as consultant to divisions on sourcing processes and vendor selection

  • Develop and deliver stakeholder training on procurement, contract management, and source‑to‑pay processes

  • Partner with project managers on creation, review, and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs)

Operational Excellence

  • Assist Corporate AP teams with vendor payments, setups, and invoice processing

  • Manage contract intake and maintenance agreements (validate usage, spend, discounting)

  • Lead special projects such as automated contract reviews, vendor governance plans, and strategy development

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive initiatives that improve procurement efficiency and vendor performance

  • Provide consultative support to divisional procurement teams

  • Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies
