The Role

A Senior Consultant provides consulting services to clients on MEDITECH‑related projects in an analyst, project support, project leadership, or training capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MEDITECH‑related consulting and administrative services for Nordic clients
  • Apply technical expertise to system build and configuration to identify,  troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Support and mentor client project teams on laboratory workflows, system design, and best practices
  • Track, document, and communicate risks and issues
  • Analyze and document current and future‑state workflows
  • Work closely with project leadership on documentation, planning, and facilitation
  • Partner directly with end users, monitoring workflows and providing documentation and optimization recommendations
  • Lead meetings related to project status, deliverables, and ongoing coordination
  • Perform additional project‑specific duties as outlined in the client’s statement of work
  • May be invited to represent Nordic at company events, client meetings, or recruiting activities

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience working with the MEDITECH (Expanse) laboratory module and third-party laboratory systems, including hands-on experience with one or more lab modules
  • Project or workstream leadership experience preferred
  • Experience with end-to-end lab workflow analysis, design, build, and testing
  • Deep system build experience
  • Training and knowledge transfer experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask while maintaining focus on detailed work
  • Able to work independently and manage schedules, meet deadlines, and independently track deliverables
  • Highly adaptable and able to quickly acclimate to new projects, teams, and client environments, including:
    • New work settings
    • Diverse teams and stakeholders
    • Client‑specific rules, processes, and regulations
    • Varying travel or remote work expectations depending on project needs
  • Strong aptitude for mentoring and guiding others
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and respect for others
  • Commitment to Nordic’s values and a strong work ethic

Key Requirements:

  • Hybrid remote work; travel requirements are based on client needs
