Job Title – Area Manager / Senior Area Manager

The Branch Manager / Area Manager plans and directs all activities within a specified region or branch. He / she implements approved strategies and are responsible for the P&L results, achieving budgeted targets and executing business development programs (sales/operative) within the region or branch.  The Branch Manager will report to a Regional Director or an MD.

What will you be doing?
• Overall customer, P&L and business development responsibility for the entire region / branch
• Responsible for the safety of employees at work
• Implementation of new tools and development initiatives within the region / branch
• Planning and reporting regional / branch business, e.g. budget, 3YP, monthly / weekly financial reporting etc
• Ensuring the region is in full compliance with KONE business policies, processes and methods
• Maintaining good connections with other regional units, branch managers and members of the unit management team.
• The key KONE face to customers and other stakeholders in the region/branch.
• Responsible for creating an environment of customer satisfaction and delight
• May have active participation to FL management team work, communicating the needs of the region and implementing the decisions made in the regional management meeting
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop employee competences and motivation in region/branch in cooperation with MD and Unit HR.
