Summary:
In this role, you will manage individual work efforts and projects within healthcare technology management to deliver insightful data analysis and strategic recommendations. You will apply project management methodologies to drive performance improvements, support operational and technical consulting engagements, and collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver actionable client insights. You will also interpret complex data, guide less experienced consultants, and contribute to the development of tools, products, and methodologies that enhance client outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Analyze client data to identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost savings.
Develop and execute project plans to meet timelines, budgets, and expected value.
Apply project management methodologies to guide work efforts and ensure successful delivery.
Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Facilitate client meetings and present insights to mid- and senior-level stakeholders.
Manage client relationships and align expectations throughout project lifecycles.
Support business development efforts by identifying potential upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to develop tools, products, and intellectual capital.
Mentor and guide less experienced consultants on data analysis and storytelling techniques.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and maximize client value.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience in healthcare technology management, biomedical, imaging, radiology, or laboratory environments required.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into recommendations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Word, and data visualization tools preferred.
Knowledge of service and maintenance contracting and project management methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
