The Senior Commercial Analyst supports QVC Italy with the responsibility to transform complex data into impactful actions and drive business growth.
In this pivotal role, reporting to the Commercial Analytics Lead, you will be empowered to challenge the status quo and influence senior leadership decisions across all business platforms.
You won’t just produce reports; you will lead initiatives that enhance customer experience and commercial performance, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation. Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in Brugherio (MB) some days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company)
This is a full time – permanent contract
What You'll Do
Deliver actionable commercial and customer-centric insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance business performance
Develop advanced analyses, predictive models and executive-level reports, identifying trends and growth opportunities across all platforms
Collaborate with business leaders and QVC divisions to implement forecasts, process improvements and analytical tools, supporting strategic goals and customer centricity
Supervise and mentor a Junior Analyst, fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment
Champion innovation, adaptability and continuous improvement, helping to “Create Our Future”
What You'll Bring
At least 5 years experience within a similar role in a structured environment (e.g.: Business Analyst, Customer Analyst...)
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science)
Strong analytical skills developed in dynamic e-commerce environments, with advanced proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools (Excel, SAS, SQL and Python)
Expertise in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), with proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business dashboards and recommendations
Commercial acumen, able to link business and customer KPIs directly to financial impacts and business growth
Excellent communication and proactive approach, including clear presentation of analysis, influencing commercial teams and adaptability to new tools and methodologies
Experience managing junior resources and collaborating within high-performing Commercial Finance & Analytics teams
Italian (Native) and fluent English (B2) are mandatory
