Role summary: Describe the primary purpose of this job
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1.
Based on pharma shopper behaviour and calcium category insight, identify business opportunities and design Caltrate offline channel strategy (especially by Geo, by sub-Channel, by KA) to deliver sales, share and profit.
2.
Design, develop and deploy offline Caltrate 4P strategy (price, portfolio, place, promotion), create and launch shopper program, merchandising guidelines to drive distribution, in-store visibility, offtake and channel execution.
3.
Track and feedback on the execution of category plans, bridge BU and the sales team, enhance cross-departmental collaboration efficiency.
4.
Monitor market and policy dynamics, analyse and evaluate competitor environment, take quick actions towards market and channel changes.
5.
Responsible for category E2E business cycle such as annual target setting (31 plan&OP), monthly forecasting (Pre DRM) and quarterly cycle meeting.
6.
Work with CE to develop and set proper route to market strategy and work with NRM team to identify NRM opportunities for Caltrate brand;
Business Expertise:
Collaborate with brand to develop category strategy in sales channels based on industry and market dynamics. Ensure channel strategy well executed in different sales channels and maximize the synergy between channels. Strong trade marketing knowledge in shopper behavior study and data analysis and insight extracting Define brand annual revenue target and market share target; set clear KPI for WD and ND and initiate trade activities to support sales team to achieve these targets. Allocate annual promotional budget incl. GTN, Selling Promotional funds, ensure these trade spending and resources are managed effectively, controlled within budget and appropriate tracking measures are in place for major expenditures。 Develop shopper activation strategy for Caltrate brand based on shopper behavior deep-dive and insight from shopper persona Define brand annual revenue target and market share target. Define trade strategy and detail execution plan for innovation launch, including distribution, merchandising, pricing guideline and promotional plan to ensure the innovation launch success Lead offline category strategy and drive business unit to reach category goal
Interactions / Interpersonal Skills:
1. Work with marketing brand team and channel tmkt to ensure channel strategies are well aligned with marketing strategies
2. Work with innovation and brand to define trade strategy and detail execution plan for innovation launch, including distribution, merchandising, pricing guideline and promotional plan to ensure the innovation launch success 。
3. Working with CE to develop and set proper route to market strategy.
4. Lead team to design channel activation plan with digitalization solutions
