Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Commercial Engines (CE) has a unique opportunity in the Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) Commercial Aftermarket organization for a Senior Manager of Campaigns and Restructures. This is a fast-paced, high-profile role that is at the forefront of developing commercial aftermarket deals and driving profitability for the company.
What You Will Do:
Work as part of a Customer Focus Team (CFT) to develop and negotiate complex business proposals for aftermarket maintenance agreements with airline customers and aircraft lessors.
Build campaigns and implement winning strategies that grow the GTF aftermarket portfolio.
Design and initiate contract optimization and restructure concepts for existing aftermarket agreements to drive enhancements to the GTF aftermarket portfolio.
Create new aftermarket offerings, products and deal structures based on market feedback and company goals.
Steward profitability and long-term performance of the company through the execution of best-in-class deals that meet or exceed company targets.
Collaborate and drive alignment with customers, executives, and cross-functional departments including: Sales, Finance, Analytics, Legal, Contracts, Programs, Customer Support, and Accounting.
Craft commercial terms into contractual language, flow-down new customer contracts to key stakeholders in the Aftermarket organization, and take lessons learned from existing contracts and implement changes to Master Text.
Lead other critical projects and initiatives that contribute and drive lasting value for the CE business.
What You Will Learn:
In-depth understanding of Pratt & Whitney’s Commercial Engine Aftermarket Business.
Negotiation strategy, tactics, and deal execution.
Exposure to P&L, financials, and business case development.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience to include sales, business development, program management, or finance experience; or an Advance Degree and 7 years of experience to include sales, business development, program management, or finance experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Advanced degree and 5+ years of sales, business development, program management, or finance experience.
Experience in Fleet Management, Operational Analytics, and EAC Financials including the use of Forecast Manager, ICE Modeling, and SPACE.
Extensive knowledge of jet engine maintenance agreements.
Prior customer-facing work experience in a business role.
Proven track record of achieving results through collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication, presentation, self-motivation, analysis and computer skills.
Possess excellent judgment and professional maturity.
Strong desire to succeed and pursue personal growth and developmental opportunities.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
